Stands up video shot with the phone held sideways. Rotating 90° swaps width and height with it, so nothing is squashed or cropped. Mirror flips are there too.

Common questions
- Will rotating squash the picture?
- At 90 and 270 degrees the output frame itself is flipped — a 320×180 video comes out 180×320. Leaving the frame as it was would squash or crop it.
- Is the sound kept?
- Yes. The original audio is carried over as it is — only the picture is redrawn. Turn off “keep the sound” if you do not need it.
- Can I do something else while it captures?
- Keep this tab in front. Move to another tab and the browser stops drawing, leaving that stretch as a frozen frame. If that happens, you are told once it finishes.
- What format does it come out as?
- webm. Current devices and programs mostly play it as it is.
- Where does the video get uploaded?
- Nowhere. It is handled inside your browser only.
