페이스는 60진법, 속도는 10진법이라 손으로 옮기면 틀리기 쉽습니다.

Converts between running pace (time per km) and speed, and works backwards from a goal time to the pace you need to hold.

How to use it

  1. Enter a pace or a speed
  2. See the finish time for each race distance
  3. Enter a goal time to get the pace it needs

Common questions

How do pace and speed differ?
Pace is how many minutes it takes you to run a kilometre; speed is how many kilometres you cover in an hour. They are reciprocals, so either one fixes the other.
Why does working it out by hand go wrong?
Pace is minutes and seconds — base 60 — while speed is decimal. Treating 6 minutes 30 as 6.3 throws the result off.
Are the half and full marathon distances exact?
They use the official distances: 21.0975km for the half and 42.195km for the full.
