Joins several audio files into one. Differing sample rates and channel counts are matched up, and you can drop silence between the pieces.
How to use it
- Add several audio files (they keep that order)
- Set how much silence goes between
- Join them and download
Common questions
- Why do differing sample rates matter?
- Joining 44.1kHz and 48kHz as they are makes the later part play fast or slow. Here everything is resampled to the highest rate first and then joined.
- There is a click at the seam.
- That comes from the waveform stopping abruptly. Turning on the seam fade lays it down for a fraction of a second and the click goes.
- Which formats can I save as?
- MP3 or WAV. Choose MP3 for sending and WAV if you will edit it again.
